Make your event memorable with GRAPHIC RECORDING
You want to engage your conference or meeting attendees and have them remember the important stuff? You need me graphic recording at your event!
Imagine having Visual Summaries of your Keynotes looking like this⤵
There are a few more Graphic Recording examples over on my Live Illustration page
So why have a Graphic Recorder - Live Illustrator - Live Scriber at your event?
“You’re the only person here that listens to everything aren’t you?”
- Meeting attendee at a Corporate Kick-Off
“Yup!!!”
- Verity Harrison (aka Verity.Ink), Live Illustrator, Graphic Recorder, Live Scriber (I wear ALL the hats!)
It’s true!! While you’re doing attendee things, listening to some of the presentations or networking with colleagues, I’m fully immersed. I’ll be listening to the Keynotes or hopping between breakout rooms capturing all the important stuff so you won’t miss anything.
I synthesise that important stuff and convert it into engaging illustrations and graphics, sketchnotes, visual notes, visual meeting minutes (call it what you will) so that you have a lovely visual summary at the end of the event to remind you what the heck everyone talked about. It’s much more effective than a bunch of bullets on a presentation deck.
There are real benefits to having a Graphic Recording of your event
Graphic Recording is such a powerful tool that can transform any event or meeting into a memorable experience. Here are a few reasons why:
Enhanced Engagement
Visuals grab attention and keep audiences interested. People are naturally drawn to images, and graphic recording ensures that key messages stands out.
Simplified Complexity
Complex ideas and data can be challenging to convey with words alone. Graphic recording breaks down these concepts into visual elements, making them easier to understand.
Memory Retention
Studies show that people remember information better when it's presented visually. A visual summary of your meeting or event will help reinforce key points, making them more likely to stick.
Fosters Collaboration
Visuals can spark discussions and encourage participation. When people see their ideas represented visually, they feel more involved and valued.
