You may have already guessed that I am passionate about communicating visually, and that includes helping others to improve their visual communication skills. I teach workshops on how to explain things visually and also on getting to grips with digital drawing tools such as Procreate, Concepts and how to integrate their use into everyday business tools such as Powerpoint and Keynote. I also teach basic animation skills in Adobe After Effects.

It’s less about creating art and more about really honing those visual communication skills and crafting a great story… and believe me… you can tell that great story with stick figures !!

Visual Storytelling Workshops

These can be arranged In-House and be tailor made to your exact needs. From a half day intensive to something more relaxed over two or three days.

We start with the basics - simple drawings using a visual alphabet, and then go on to visual metaphors, story arcs, visual tools to enhance collaboration and the use of colour and scale to tell a story.

And yes I will get you drawing. Even drawing the most basic stick figures will give you hidden superpowers!

Master Digital Drawing Tools

I offer bespoke workshops both online and in person to help you get the most out of the drawing tools on your tablet or iPad.

During the Covid lockdowns I gave numerous online workshops to help people master digital drawing tools. Even if you don’t consider yourself to be artistic, tools like Procreate, Concepts and Adobe Fresco are really useful for sketching out ideas and bringing them to life. Even in a business setting.

Sketch out an idea and send it digitally to a colleague - easy peasy lemon squeezy! PS. Drawing on the tablet also gives you hidden superpowerrs.

Hi, I’m Verity

Originally from the UK and based in Spain for over 25 years. I work as a Live Illustrator and Visual Facilitator collaborating with clients in Spain, Europe and the rest of the world. I am bilingual and work in both English (mother tongue) and Spanish.

I help clients by using visuals as sense-making tools to bring clarity to their ideas and messages.
